Chris grew up in Syracuse’s Tipperary Hill neighborhood, and it pained him to drive by an underused building in such a popular part of town. He pursued the owners and negotiated a sale to Home Headquarters. The new owners renovated the building, which now houses a thriving Recess Coffee location, a computer repair shop, a candle shop, and a spa.
